VIP Esthetic Studio Cancellation Policy

24-hour minimum notice is requiring for all cancellations or re-scheduling of any service including skin care. If you miss your appointment, cancel, change or are more than 15 minutes late with less than a 24-hour notice, you will be charged $50 to your credit card. This policy is in place out of respect for our technicians and our clients. Canceling or rescheduling with less than 24-hour notice is difficult spaces to fill. By giving last minute notice or no notice at all, you prevent someone else from being able to schedule into that time slot. Showing up more than 15 mins late prevents your technicians’ ability to provide a full service to yourself and/or creates a domino effect and runs behind on all clients to follow. By giving a deposit, you acknowledge that you have read and understand the Cancellation Policy.

All Spa Products, Series, Gift Certificate, Gift Card, Promotions and Sales are final and non-refundable.

*Young Children/ Pets Policy*

VIP Esthetic Studio does not allow children under the age of 12 to
accompany their parents/guardians to their appointments, due to liability
reasons. We kindly request that you make arrangements for your young
children before your appointment. Teenagers between the ages of 13-17 years
old must have a signed consent from an adult above the age of 18 years to
receive any treatment.

We love animals. Unfortunately, our pets’ policy does not allow you to
bring your pets inside the building, with the exception of service pets.
