Cancelation Policy

24-hour minimum notice is required for all cancellations or rescheduling of any service. If you miss your appointment or cancel, with less than a 24-hour notice, the total amount will be charged and no refund apply. This policy is in place out of respect for our technicians and our clients. Canceling or rescheduling with less than 24-hour notice is a difficult space to fill. By giving last minute notice or no notice at all, you prevent someone else from being able to schedule into that time slot.
